Training Material, Price Sheets & Proposals
For nearly every employer, I’ve put together a handful of flyers, guides, proposals, and transition material. Training manuals often included how to use software, process and procedure, and so on. While these manuals were helpful to make sure I didn’t miss anything while I was training, they also provided the companies a way to train consistently even after I had left. While not posted here due to privacy for the employer’s processes, I’ve also produced training material for Microsoft Office (how to use Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, and navigate Admin settings), D-tools System Integrator and Connectwise Manage and Sell.
Below are a few I’ve done early on in my career:
